Bay Fields, Carnlough: Aerial Video for Galgorm Properties

The brief brought together three priorities: the spacing between plots, the road layout and the development’s proximity to the Antrim coast. With no voiceover or explanatory text, the footage needed to make those relationships clear.

Showing the site and its surroundings

Overhead views established the layout, while slower movements revealed the coast and surrounding landscape. The sequence connected the development with its location, giving prospective buyers a sense of both.

Keeping the film focused

Construction was still underway during filming, so viewpoints were chosen carefully to keep attention on the site’s layout and setting.

The edit used restrained transitions, natural colour and an ambient soundtrack. The pace gave viewers time to take in each view within the short running time.
