VIEW provides residential and commercial property photography, property video, aerial photography and video, and floor plans. Services can be booked individually or combined to suit the property and how it will be marketed.
Based in Belfast, VIEW covers properties throughout Northern Ireland. Include the property’s location when enquiring so travel and access can be considered in the quote.
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the coverage required and how the photographs or video will be used. Send over the location, a few details about the property and the services you need for a tailored quote.
Yes. Combining services allows the coverage to be planned around one visit where practical. Aerial work depends on suitable weather and whether flying is possible at the location.
Use the contact form or email hello@view-ni.com with the property’s location, the services required and any preferred dates or deadlines. Availability, pricing and the details of the shoot can then be agreed before booking.
A standard residential photography shoot typically takes around an hour. Larger properties, commercial premises or bookings that include video, aerial coverage or floor plans will need longer.
The expected time on site is discussed beforehand so access and preparation can be arranged.
Aim for clean, tidy rooms with clear surfaces and as little clutter as possible. Make beds, straighten furniture and remove bins, cables and personal items that could distract from the space.
Outside, tidy gardens and entrances and move vehicles away from the building where practical. Have the property ready before the agreed arrival time.
Advice on furniture, lighting and presentation is available before the shoot. Small adjustments can also be suggested on the day.
Cleaning, furniture removal and full property staging are not included, so these should be arranged beforehand if needed.
Access arrangements are agreed when booking. If someone cannot stay for the shoot, please flag this in advance so access, security and any specific instructions can be discussed.
For occupied homes or working commercial premises, it helps to have a contact available if questions arise.
Overcast conditions do not automatically mean a shoot needs to be postponed. The decision depends on the property, the light and the coverage planned.
Heavy rain, strong winds or poor visibility may affect exterior and aerial work. If conditions look unsuitable, the options can be discussed before the visit, including rescheduling or completing part of the coverage first.
Not always. The location, surrounding activity, access restrictions and weather can affect whether aerial photography is possible.
Provide the property’s address when enquiring so suitability can be assessed before aerial coverage is confirmed.
Standard property photography is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Larger commissions or projects requiring more extensive editing may have a different delivery schedule, agreed beforehand.
Video delivery times are confirmed at booking, based on the length and complexity of the edit. Mention any marketing deadline when enquiring.
Floor plans show the property’s layout, helping viewers understand how rooms and spaces connect. The required detail, including room labels and measurements, is agreed when booking.
Plans are intended for property marketing rather than construction or technical surveying.
